About me:

I am a practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur and The Mind Faculty (a community psychiatry & psychology centre in Kuala Lumpur) as well as visiting Clinical Hypnotherapist at the Dept. of Orthopaedic Surgery, University Malaya Medical Centre for clinical trial in brachial plexus injury and chronic pain.

I teach Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses for UK Breathworks; mindfulness in the workplace programmes and I am trained in the teaching of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as certified to teach Mindfulness .b (Mindfulness in School Project, MiSP).

I hold a master degree from the University of South Australia and a honourable degree in life science from National University of Malaysia. I have experience in teaching and group work facilitation in mindfulness-based training for many years, both in corporate and community settings.
I worked regularly on daily basis with people suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, low self-esteem, obsessive compulsive disorders, depression and chronic pain. I have taught clinical hypnotherapy in Singapore and Malaysia for many years and hold an Advance Practitioner’s Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
